Goodish Home Boarding Services Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions



1. Rates are fixed and non-negotiable. The rates are charged on a Per Day, Per Week and Per Month Basis.


2. Deposit of SGD $100.00. Full payment must be made upon collection of dog. We accept Cash, Cash Cheques or Bank Transfer. POSB Saving Account : 049-290-616.

 4. Flea and Tick Treatment is a MUST for all boarding dogs at goodish Home Boarding Services. Charges are as follows:


Puppies / Toy / Small Breed : SGD $28.00
Medium Breed : SGD $32.00

The treatment will include the followings:

1. Revolution Spot On - It will be applied on the neck area.

2. Frontline Spray - It will be applied on the legs, chest and tummy area.  

The owner may bring along their own product (spot on). The product will then be applied by the service provider - goodish Home Boarding Services. 


The Frontline Spray Treatment will be applicable for customer who provide their on product. Charges are as follows:

Frontline Spray Puppies / Toy / Small Breed : SGD $10.00
Frontline Spray Puppies / Medium Breed : SGD $ 15.00

The owner may choose to apply both the Spot On and Spray type for double secure.


5. goodish Home Boarding Services will not be responsible if special requirements are not informed by the owner. These requirements include diet, allergy, health, medical and injuries.


6. To protect the safety of the animals, goodish Home Boarding Services will have the right to separate dogs with aggressive behaviour.


7. Un-Neutered dogs will be separated and given additional care to prevent any unwanted accidents.


8. goodish Home Boarding Services will inform the owner if the dog is unwell / sick during the stay. If the owner is unreachable, Goodish Home Boarding Services will bring the dog to the vet. Medical bills and Transportation charges will be absorbed by the owner.


9. goodish Home Boarding Services have the right to reject or cancel the booking for the boarding period.


10. The owner will have to provide their own dog food or shampoo if their pet is not suitable with the dog food (Wellness Lamb, Barley and Salmon meal or Natural Balance Duck and Potato Formula) or shampoo (Roots Vanilla Goat Milk Shampoo) provided by goodish Home Boarding Services.


11. If the dog food provided by the owner is insufficient, goodish Home Boarding Services will purchase and charge the owner accordingly.


12. Photos / Videos taken for the dog during the stay will be emailed to the owner. Selected photos / videos will be uploaded onto our blog.
